1. The Christmas Quest lasts 25 days: from December, 3 (00:00 UTC) to December, 27 (23:59 UTC).
2. Bonuses and participation in any kind of promotional offers, including VIP rewards and CPs are not available to players from Sweden, Croatia and Serbia.
3. Each offer can be claimed once per person, account, household, address, bank account, and IP address unless it is stated differently in a specific offer.
4. At the end of the quest all players who have fulfilled the requirements and received bonuses for the whole period of 25 days, will receive a guaranteed gift: AirPods3 Pro.
5. At the end of the quest all players who have fulfilled the requirements for at least 1 day and received a bonus at least once, will be automatically added to the Christmas Lottery.
6. Players from Finland aren't eligible for any deposit-based bonuses.
7. Only one bonus is available per day.
8. A new bonus is available for one day only and is valid from 00:00 to 23:59 UTC.
9. A player can use each bonus only once.
10. The campaign is only for players with unlimited access who are allowed to play at the Casino and are eligible for all bonuses.
11. Players can view bonus terms and conditions only during the day when a bonus is available. Terms and conditions of upcoming bonuses are not available in advance until bonuses become active. Terms and conditions for an expired bonus are not available.
12. For all bonuses except cashback, a bonus code must be used at the time of deposit. If a bonus code is not activated on the deposit form, it will not be credited. In such a case, a player has to make a new deposit to receive his bonus by entering a bonus code.
13. To receive a new bonus, a player must have no other active bonuses. That is, to receive a bonus on a given day, a player must wager a bonus for the previous day first.
14. The maximum allowed bet when wagering bonus money is EUR 5 / USD 5 / CAD 7.5 / NZD 7.5 / PLN 20 / NOK 50 / ZAR 90 / JPY 650 / HUF 1,750 / INR 435 per game/spin.
15. All bonuses have the minimum deposit requirement, a limit on the maximum bonus amount, wagering requirements, a limit on the maximum number of bets during a wagering period, and a time limit on bonus validity unless stated otherwise (check details in a relevant bonus description).
16. Each bonus can be activated within 1 day. If a bonus is not activated, it will expire.
17. An active bonus is valid for 1 day from its activation date.
18. Deposit bonuses and no deposit bonuses will be credited immediately. A cashback bonus will be issued the next day by 10:00 UTC.
19. In case free spins were credited to a game that is not available in a player’s region, this bonus will be credited to another game that is available for him.
20. Non-cash prizes can be exchanged for cash that will be added to a player's balance.
21. The maximum win from playing with funds associated with a no deposit bonus is EUR 50 / USD 50 / CAD 75 / NZD 75 / PLN 200 / NOK 500 / ZAR 900 / JPY 6,500 / HUF 17,500 / INR 4,350.
22. The maximum win from playing with funds linked to a cashback bonus is up to EUR 100 / USD 100 / CAD 150 / NZD 150 / PLN 400 / NOK 1,000 / ZAR 1,800 / JPY 13,000 / HUF 35,000 / INR 8,700 per day.
23. The maximum win from playing with funds associated with a deposit bonus is up to EUR 200 / USD 200 / CAD 300 / NZD 300 / PLN 800 / NOK 2,000 / ZAR 3,600 / JPY 26,000 / HUF 70,000 / INR 17,400 per bonus.
24. Restriction on the maximum winnings remains even after wagering requirements have been met.
25. For a cashback bonus, only wagers made on real money slots count. Playing with bonus money does not count.
26. The cashback is based on deposits that you make during the day of promotion, and is active within 00:00 - 23:59 (UTC).
27. Progressive Jackpots (check “Casino Jackpot” tab for more information), Live Casino, Table Games, Poker, Card Games, Casual, Craps, Lottery and other games are not included in the cashback promotion.
28. Cashback is credited as bonus money and must be wagered 3 times at the Casino before withdrawal. Unclaimed bonus money is forfeited.
29. To withdraw winnings from bonus money, a player must make at least 1 successful deposit.
30. The Casino reserves the right to cancel or suspend the campaign, and/or temporary change the campaign or its parts in case of suspected bonus abuse, bonus exploits, fraud, technical failures or other factors out of the Casino’s control that might affect the campaign’s integrity or proper functioning at any time without further notice. The Casino reserves the right to deduct bonus and any eventual winnings generated from real money or bonus money while wagering with an active bonus.
31. Any attempt to exploit games will result in forfeiture of a prize and disqualification from the campaign. Game rounds will be reviewed before prizes are credited.
32. A player must not have multi-accounts.
